About Dr. Sykes:

Dr. Sykes obtained his medical degree from the University of Michigan School of Medicine, and his bachelor's degree with highest honors in neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He completed his residency in neurology at UCLA, and served as the Administrative and Educational Chief Resident. Dr. Sykes then completed a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at the University of Southern California, Department of Neurology. Dr. Sykes joined the Cedars-Sinai Medical Group in 2007 and was the recipient of the Physician of the Year award in 2008. He was also honored with the Friends of Nursing Award by the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center nursing staff in 2009. Dr. Sykes is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. In addition to his board certification in neurology, he is also certified in the subspecialty of clinical neurophysiology. Dr. Sykes practices at 250 N.
